QuickBooks Online

    QuickBooks Connection Guide

Everything you need to know about syncing clients, estimates, products, and services between QUIPA and QuickBooks Online.

    How it works

    What exports to QuickBooks

    Clients

QUIPA exports client information to QuickBooks when you create an estimate. We search your QuickBooks client list for an exact match on Display Name; if a match is not found, a new client is created automatically.

Importing clients from QuickBooks on the QuickBooks Connect page is especially helpful — your display names will automatically match in both programs when you export an estimate.

    Products & Services

QUIPA exports Fabrication Items, Fees, and Products to QuickBooks when you create an estimate. We search your products and services list for an exact match; if a match is not found, a new item is created.

Renaming your QuickBooks products and services to match QUIPA exports keeps items in the correct category and chart of accounts, so you do not end up with duplicate entries on reports.
